ich biete ab August bzw. September ein ruhig gelegenes Gartenhaus in der Missongasse 13 in Krems an der Donau zur Vermietung an. Das Objekt eignet sich ideal für zwei Studierende, die eine naturnahe und dennoch zentrumsnahe Wohnmöglichkeit suchen.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Wohnfläche von rund 75 m² und umfasst zwei separate Zimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche (Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Tiefkühltruhe), ein gemeinsames Badezimmer sowie einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Internet- und TV-Anschluss sind in beiden Zimmern vorhanden.
Die Liegenschaft befindet sich in absoluter Ruhelage hinter dem Haupthaus und ist eingebettet in einen rund 500 m² großen Garten mit Rosen, Marillen- und Feigenbäumen. Eine großzügige Terrasse mit Markise, Hollywoodschaukel und fest verbautem Steingrill lädt zum Verweilen ein. Im Garten befinden sich ein kleines Pool sowie ein Gartenhaus. Der Außenbereich ist mit Stromanschlüssen und Beleuchtung ausgestattet. Ein Gärtner ist vorhanden.
Das Haus verfügt über einen separaten Eingang mit eigenem Parkplatz und absperrbarem Tor, auch für Fahrräder geeignet.

I offer a quiet garden house at Missongasse 13 in Krems an der Donau for rent from August or September. The property is ideal for two students who are looking for a place to live close to nature and yet close to the centre.
The house has a living area of around 75 m² and includes two separate rooms, a fully equipped kitchen--living room (gas stove, fridge, microwave, freezer), a shared bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Internet and TV connections are available in both rooms.
The property is located in an absolutely quiet location behind the main house and is embedded in a 500 m² garden with roses, apricot and fig trees. A spacious terrace with awning, porch swing and permanently installed stone grill invites you to linger. In the garden there is a small pool and a garden house. The outdoor area is equipped with power connections and lighting. A gardener is available.
The house has a separate entrance with its own parking space and lockable gate, also suitable for bicycles.
The monthly fixed rent is €800 (excluding electricity, gas, water and operating costs). So 400 € per person. In addition, there are also operating costs.
