In einem schön renovierten Altbau direkt am Dominikanerplatz in Krems werden ab September 2025 wieder vier vollständig möblierte WG-Zimmer frei: zwei Zimmer mit je 11 m², zwei Zimmer mit je 12 m². Die Wohnung ist ideal für Studentinnen, die zentral wohnen und in ruhiger Atmosphäre studieren möchten.
Die Wohnung (Top 3) ist ca. 80 m² groß, liegt im 1. Stock und verfügt über vier separat begehbare Zimmer. Jedes Zimmer ist freundlich, ruhig und ausgestattet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kasten, Regal und Kommode.
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen eine gemütliche Wohnküche (inkl. Geschirrspüler), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein separates WC sowie ein zusätzlicher Waschplatz im Flur zur Verfügung. Eine Waschmaschine im Erdgeschoss des Hauses kann kostenlos mitbenutzt werden. Fahrradabstellplatz im Innenbereich (Garage) vorhanden.
Lage: Die WG befindet sich in zentraler Altstadtlage, ruhig, und dennoch mitten im Geschehen. Campus, IMC, DPU, KL, Bahnhof, Stadtbus, Supermarkt, Wochenmarkt, Cafés, Museen, Parks: alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächste Stadtbus-Haltestelle ist nur 2 bis 4 Minuten entfernt.
WG-Leben: Die Wohnung wird von Studentinnen bewohnt, die eine freundliche, ruhige und respektvolle Atmosphäre schätzen. Es ist ein Ort zum konzentrierten Studieren und Wohlfühlen. Gesucht werden Mitbewohnerinnen, die zuverlässig und offen für ein gutes Miteinander sind.

The apartment is ideal for students who want to live centrally and study in a quiet atmosphere.
The apartment (Top 3) is approx. 80 m² in size, is located on the 1st floor and has four separately accessible rooms. Each room is friendly, quiet and equipped with a bed, desk, chest, shelf and chest of drawers.
A cosy kitchen--living room (incl. dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and an additional washing area in the hallway are available for common use. A washing machine on the ground floor of the house can be used free of charge. Bicycle parking space indoors (garage) available.
Location: The shared apartment is located in a central old town location, quiet, yet in the middle of the action. Campus, IMC, DPU, KL, train station, city bus, supermarket, weekly market, cafes, museums, parks: everything is within walking distance. The nearest city bus stop is only 2 to 4 minutes away.
Shared apartment life: The apartment is inhabited by female students who appreciate a friendly, quiet and respectful atmosphere. It is a place for concentrated study and well-being. We are looking for roommates who are reliable and open to good cooperation.
Rental period: 01.09.2025 to 30.06.2026 (10 months).
